Wara Pornkulwat is a Los Angeles-based cinematographer. He worked on projects from across Asia and the US. Being born and raised in Thailand gave him a very different way of seeing the world around him.
His narrative work includes Terror Tuesday Extreme for NETFLIX and OST., an award-winning USC thesis short film featured in the CAA Moebius Showcase. He was also selected as a mentee in the inaugural American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) Vision Mentorship Program, where he was mentored by Matthew Jensen, ASC, and graduated from the American Film Institute Conservatory (AFI).
His commercial work includes collaborations with global brands such as Johnnie Walker, Toyota, Pepsi, Estee Lauder, Stella Artois, UNIQLO, and more.
